Our Services
Concrete Slabs
On occasion, all we are asked to do are concrete slabs of which there are many types and not always straightforward – the process includes the preparation of formwork, compaction of a slab bed, placement of reinforcement, pouring, compacting, finishing the concrete, removing formwork and curing the concrete slab. Ensuring effective drainage and cuts to allow movement in the slab is also key to the process.
Project Management
We are able to cover all 5 elements of project management depending on what you need – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and finally handing over the completed project.
Excavation
The process of moving earth, stone and rock requires specialist calculations initially and then the equipment and tools which our team is trained to deal with. We follow plans for trench building, wall shafts tunneling and all underground works to ensure the structure above is fit for purpose and will last the test of time, weather and usage.
Landscaping
Whether we are following design plans or architectural drawings, we provide advice and design improvements where possible to enhance the project’s outcome or simply to offer savings on time and money. Planting, fencing, wall building and changes to the terrain ensure the project’s success and future maintenance and longevity as well as looking after the environment.
Site Preperation
We are able to assess the site for the intended use, demolish current structures, clear the site assist with the sale of materials required and provide specifications for the groundworks required for the project.
Sub Structures
What you cannot see is our specialty, we are able to ensure the foundations and components underground and flooring meet the building and planning specifications of the project to ensure load-bearing superstructure to the ground is mm perfect.
Foundations
The foundations of any building project are critical to the success of the project whether it be underpinning solutions, ground stabilisation or ground improvement or re-leveling. Durability is key and we are able to assess the requirements of the project before any work is started.
Concrete Polishing
Experts at concrete floor repair, polishing and sealing and are dedicated to offering quality services with unrivaled efficiency.
Plant / Equipment
We have large fleet of plant and equipment including excavators, Bobcat, Laser controlled screeders, dumpers, rollers and more.
Laser Controlled Screeding
We have several laser controlled Screeding Machines available for hire with an operator.
These machines work to minute tolerances and cover 18.6m2 per pass.
